Go to Settings > Security > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Q. Why are my posts automatically deleted?
Gachi App is a time-limited SNS. When creating a post, you can choose an expiration period of 1, 7, 14, or 30 days. Posts are automatically deleted after the selected period.
Q. What does temperature (cool/warm/hot) mean?
Our AI analyzes your post content and automatically classifies it. Cool is for personal/trendy content, Warm is for relatable/everyday content, and Hot is for social/controversial topics.
Q. How do I turn off personalized ads?
iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable tracking for this app. Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads and opt out of personalization.
Q. Is there an age requirement?
Yes, you must be at least 14 years old to use Gachi App. We verify your birth year during registration.
